My favorite nail polish for May

if you haven't tried Venique nail polishes you are missing out! These polishes are AMAZiNG. The colors are so bright and pretty. The staying power is better than any polishes I've ever tried. I usually paint my nails with 2 coats and a clear top coat and in 3 days tops my nails start chipping. Not with Venique. It lasted almost two weeks before it finally chipped. I've been wearing it non stop this month.

Face picks for May

I'm always trying new foundation and concealer a to try to find the perfect combo for my skin. This month I have been using the Tarte Amazonian clay 12hr foundation and I love it!  I purchased the Benefit Fake up for under eye concealer and I like it, if I'm not wearing eye makeup. It is very hydrating but it definitely makes your eye makeup smudge. I'm getting low on my favorite Tarte blush in Dollface because I've used it literally every day for a couple months now. The Park Ave Princess bronzer is great and the LIghts camera flashes mascara is very voluminizing, both from Tarte. The Nars highlighter in Albatross is so pretty to highlight your cheeks .The Mac mineralized skin finish natural in Medium plus is a staple in my every day routine and will be repurchased time after time. It's so finely milled and never cakey. The Josie Maran Argan oil is something I have only been using for a week now but I'm loving it as a moisturizer. I have combination/oily skin, but this lightweight product balances your oil and makes your face feel and look so soft and smooth and not greasy. Last but not least I have my Urban decay all nighter spray which I use to set my makeup. It works wonders!!

May lip picks

Okay I have a major makeup obsession. I'd rather go on a makeup shopping spree than anything else. Every month I pick a few products from my collection, throw them in my makeup bag and use them on a daily basis. Here are my lip products I've been loving this month...

Tarte Amazonian butter lipstick in Plummy rose

All three of these are very moisturizing and are a pretty pinkish rosey tone that goes with any skin tone.

We had fun at Ethans school field day today. He competed in the tug-a-war, hula hoop, and 3 legged race. They had a great time! Here are some pics

play ball. He hit his first out the park home run last week and I assure you it won't be the only one he gets this season! That boy can smoke a ball!!

My Lee doll finally got a hair cut and I must say it is SO cute! She got about 6 inches cut off. She couldn't wait to go to school this morning and show everyone. She loves the attention ;) I think she is beautiful with long hair or short. She is my sweetpea. Love her so much
